As a small family business, processing shipping fee on returns and exchanges for sizing issues can be difficult. * Custom Orders: Custom orders, such as personalized photo prints, custom T-shirts etcare non-refundable and non-returnable.
* Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please write us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in this case.
* Returning Criteria: For t-shirts, please ensure the tags remain intact and the item is unworn, returning it as soon as possible with a photo. Wall Arts or any other products should also be returned with a photo and kindly make sure to give the same or similar packaging for protecting the product from any further damages while returning.
* Refunds will only be processed after the product is received and inspected for compliance, which may take 10-15 days or longer. We appreciate your patience, as this allows us to uphold the quality of our small business.
